Highly Rugged Vibration Tested Media Converters


These new media converters have been tested through Apache gunfire vibration and designed in on some of the most rugged airborne applications on earth.

STAND ALONE SIX CHANNEL FIBER OPTIC MEDIA CONVERTER:

Part Number: CF-020011-40X

  • Converts Six channels of fiber optics at up to 4.25Gbps data rates to high-speed copper using Amphenol Octonet contacts
  • Fiber inputs are 850nm multimode optics but can be configured for single mode
  • Input power is brought in over separate MIL-DTL-38999 and is compatible with a wide range of DC voltages
  • -40C to +85C operating temperatures and meant for the most rugged of aerospace applications
  • Vibration tested through Apache gunfire
  • LED indicators show when optical signals are present on the receivers
  • Flexible to support additional channels if needed

 

STAND ALONE SINGLE CHANNEL FIBER OPTIC MEDIA CONVERTER:

Part Number: CF-020011-35X

  • Converts one channel of copper high-speed signaling at up to 4.25Gbps data rates to high-speed fiber optics using Amphenol M29504 contacts
  • Fiber outputs are 850nm multimode optics but can be configured for single mode
  • Input power is brought in over a copper cable and is compatible with a wide range of DC voltages
  • -40C to +85C operating temperatures and meant for the most rugged of aerospace applications
  • Vibration tested through Apache gunfire
  • Flexible to support additional channels if needed
